I have neglected this poor little blog for much too long. I'm still knitting, but I guess I just don't feel motivated to talk about it so much. I recently finished a sock. The pair shall be a slightly belated birthday present for a friend. I haven't cast on for the second sock yet, but I probably should do so soon before second sock syndrome sets in. I'm also nearly finished with a baby blanket for my best friend from law school's first child. I started it in January. He was born in April. Here it is September and I'm still not done. But heck, they live in Virginia and its still hot there. The baby wouldn't have much use for a wool blanket in the summer anyway!
I can justify anything. Its a real gift.
